Los sindicatos en España son un auténtico CANCER y de aquí no me baja nadie xD

Un ejemplo que nos pasó. Cuando trabajaba en una subsidiaria de televés, nosotros teníamos otro sindicato distinto al de la principal.

Pues esos sindicatos lucharon y se pusieron a favor de la empresa para bloquear subidas de sueldo y de condiciones para seguir manteniendo unos empleados de primera y otros de segunda, como venganza por haber elegido otro sindicato.

Estuve 11 meses en la empresa y tengo historias para no dormir con esa gente, y he visto casos así en varias empresas.

Ya ni hablemos de hacer protestas y huelgas sólo cuando les interesa, el dineral que se llevan en subvenciones para mantenerlos callados, o lo privilegiados que son los delegados sindicales, que pueden hacer lo que les de la gana ya que saben que están blindados.

Son una auténtica mafia. Buscan SU beneficio, no el tuyo.

🔥 Os voy a compartir los 4 proyectos que han salido de la primera hackaton de NaN porque la verdad están súper bien y se han hecho en menos de una semana.

El primero que se presentó fue NaN Video Pipeline. Un proyecto que genera vídeos utilizando HyperFrames + FFmpeg + varios modelos de NaN:

- Qwen para el guión
- Gemma para la visión
- Kokoro para darle voz
- Whisper para los subtítulos

Os dejo el vídeo que nos dejaron de ejemplo que de hecho explica qué es NaN y que a mi me encantó.

Me interesa para PideInfo, así que he montado Gemma 4 y ALIA para compararlos.

Primer resultado: tiene una ventana de contexto tan pequeña (8192 tokens) que no puede procesar la información de documentos + contexto doctrinal que usa PideInfo al generar reclamaciones 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠

Mola y tiene sentido! En lo personal mis necesidades con la irrupción de la IA generativa son:

- Quiero los mejores sensores y más completos para recopilar datos sobre mi, mi día a día, mi salud, todo.

- Quiero que la IA agéntica se sumerja, analize y me visualiace toda la información e insights proactivamente.

Muchas apps que típicamente usaba (e.g. Strava para correr) se me quedan cortas en cuanto a cómo me representan o analizan los datos. No lo necesito. Quiero los datos en crudos, don't worry dame una API y ya me ocupo yo (la IA) de la capa de aplicación personalizada a mi gusto.

Y es natural que las grandes empresas vayan a luchar por colocarse en esa capa.

Let me explain exactly why VLC is free despite 6B downloads, because no one seems to get it.

VLC doesn’t make money because making money would destroy the only thing that made it reach 6 billion downloads in the first place.

The player grew through a specific distribution loop: tech-savvy users install it once, it works perfectly on every weird video file they throw at it, and they recommend it to everyone forever. IT departments deploy it across entire companies. A Reddit comment from 2009 still drives downloads in 2025 because the answer never changed.

That recommendation engine dies the second ads appear. Not slowly. Immediately.

The users who drive VLC’s distribution are the exact people who understand what ads mean. Your incentives just switched from “make the best player” to “maximize impressions.” They see it, stop recommending it, and your growth engine shuts off.

Run the actual numbers. VLC gets maybe 50 million active users daily across 6 billion total downloads. Typical video player ad rates run $1-3 CPM. Even if you served ads on every playback session, you’re looking at maybe $50-150 million annually at absolute peak optimistic assumptions.

Sounds like a lot until you realize what Kempf actually traded it for.

VLC reaching 6 billion people made Kempf the person who built the infrastructure everyone depends on. He runs a video consulting business. He built dav1d, an AV1 codec that powers modern streaming. Being “the guy who kept VLC free” opens every door in video technology. Clients pay him to solve problems because he proved he optimizes for quality over quick monetization.

“Former ad-supported media player executive” gets you exactly zero of that leverage.

The people celebrating Kempf’s ethics are missing the calculation. He didn’t sacrifice millions for principles. He rejected $150M in highly uncertain ad revenue to build permanent positioning worth multiples of that in everything else he touches.

VLC free generates more value for Kempf than VLC monetized ever could. The trade was never even close.
