Let post and promote PMS Officer on all technical and non-technical positions. They will govern colleges, hospitals, school's and Sales Tax Authority. They are jack of all trades and superior class.

KPRA is established to collect sales tax on services within the province, contributing 80% of the provincial revenue. KPRA Act 2022 mandates the Govt a recruitment of technical personnel either from the market or through transfer from other departments, like the FBR.
The PMSA takes strong exception to this letter issued by an officer appointed illegally by the FG in infringement of the executive authority of the Provincial Govt. We demand immediate removal of the deputationist lady officer posted as DG KPRA in violation of the rules in vogue.
Further positions of DG and others are not scheduled as per regulations and rules. Moreover, DG and other positions within the Authority are technical in nature, requiring postings and promotions among skilled and technical individuals. Instances of non-technical personnel
and rejected the long awaited Agenda (since 2017) of allowance without any reasons. Despite collecting 75 percent of the revenue of the province , KPRA employees receive significantly lower pay (less than half) compared to other authorities.

Yesterday (11-01-2024), @kpra_official policy board meeting, chaired by @KPChiefMinister, showed a lack of seriousness towards revenue collection. The board did not grant an extension for the Collector Appeal (expiring on 19 January), neglected to reward outstanding employees,
They called themselves as protector of constitution but actually they are greedy people attractive towards political parties. They will just talk only for getting popularity at the name of poor and victims Baluch. Not only lawyers but also judiciary is involved in the crime.
