3: Öfkeyle sinirlenen kişi...
ve sonra bir saatte sakinleşen.
Bastırılmış duygular, kortizol seviyelerini günlerce yüksek tutar.
Ve yüksek kortizol, NK hücrelerini engeller...
ki bunlar, ortaya çıkan kanser hücrelerini tespit eden ve her gün yok eden doğal öldürücü hücrelerdir.
Levy'nin 1987 J Natl Cancer Inst'teki çalışması:
There's a 60-second test that predicts how long you'll live...
Grab a pair of dumbbells and walk.
Most people can't complete it.
Here's the test, why it matters, and how to fix it:

Stop being a loser. Get up early. Make your bed. Go train. Eat clean. Do your laundry. Pay every bill on time. Save till it hurts, then save more. Pick a craft and get obsessed. Pick a person to become and start acting like them today. Care more than everyone around you. Push till you break, then get back up. Knowing when to quit isn't weakness, it's strategy. Stand up straight. Speak up. Go all in. Smile anyway. Life is short and then it's gone. Misery is a choice. You're not the first to suffer and you won't be the last. Someone with less than you made it. So will you. Nobody's special. Everybody is. Keep moving.
Kobe Bryant died 6 years ago.
People forgot about him after just a week since he was gone.
And he was a basketball legend.
You're literally a nobody.
Realize no one cares if you live or die. So live your life the way you want anyway.
Take risks so you don't live in regret.
The one exercise I see in people who live the longest:
Walking.
Getting 8000 steps has been associated with up to a 50% reduced rate of mortality.
It protects the brain through neuroplasticity.
It’s the most underrated exercise on the planet.
Walking 7,000 steps a day reduces your risk of:
DEATH (–47%)
CANCER DEATH (–37%)
HEART DISEASE (–25%)
DEMENTIA (–38%)
DEPRESSION (–22%)
DIABETES (–14%)
Walk.

the best thing you can do for yourself is actively increase your surface area for luck to hit you. go outside, try new cafes, museums, events, take a new route home, speak to people, ask questions, side quest.
the more you do, the more serendipity and synchronicity will find you.
If you die without a plan...
- The government takes 40% in tax
- Probate court costs $100k+
- Your kids get the scraps
If you love your family, here's every document you need to protect them:
(from a CPA & father of two)
1) Emergency Access List
This should include:
-> All bank account numbers
-> Investment account logins
-> Life insurance policies
-> 401k/IRA beneficiaries
-> Safe deposit box location
-> Password manager master code
Keep a digital & physical version for safety...
And make sure your spouse has access.
2) Legal Documents
-> Will (name guardians for kids)
-> Durable Power of Attorney
-> Healthcare Power of Attorney
-> Living Will/Healthcare Directive
Setting all of this up costs about $500...
($1,500 with an attorney)
But without them, the state decides everything.
3) Money Protection
Your family will need time to mourn.
Make sure they can do it without going broke:
-> Term life insurance (10x income)
-> Emergency fund (6-12 mo in a HYSA)
-> Retirement accounts with spouse access
4) The "First 48 Hours" Sheet
Write down clear instructions for your family:
Call this attorney: [Name/Number]
Call this CPA: [Name/Number]
File life insurance claim here: [Details]
Don't touch investments for 6 months
All bills are on autopay from [Account]
Grief destroys decision making.
This protects them.
5) Business Owner Addition
If you have a business, set up:
-> Buy sell agreements
-> Key person insurance
-> Business succession plan
-> Separate LLC owned by trust
If your company can't survive without you...
It's a 9-5 with extra steps.
6) Trust Setup
A proper trust can save your family $400k+ in probate costs.
But 90% of them are set up wrong:
-> Assets never get transferred in
-> Beneficiaries aren't updated
-> Pour-over will is missing
Here's how to fix that:
"Bulletproof" Trust System:
1) Revocable Living Trust
-> Avoids probate completely
-> Keeps finances private
-> Protects kids' inheritance
2) Pour-Over Will
-> Catches forgotten assets
3) Guardian Designation
-> Who raises your kids
-> How they get paid
Setting this up takes a weekend...
But ignoring it could cost your family everything.
So start before you're ready...
Because no one plans on dying.
Hope this helps!

I'm obviously a big fan of supplements. But if I had to narrow down my list to just 5 that I think most people should be taking, they'd be:
- Omega-3s
- Magnesium
- Vitamin D
- Creatine
- A high-quality multivitamin
For 28 years, if you were losing your hair, you had two choices. Minoxidil (a foam, works for about 1 in 3 men). Finasteride (a pill, works better but can cause sexual side effects). That's it. Nothing else since 1997.
Two new drugs just arrived, and they work in completely different ways.
This one (rezpegaldesleukin) is for people whose immune system attacks their own hair follicles. It retrains the immune system to stop.
In the Phase 2b trial, patients grew back scalp hair, and half also regrew their eyebrows and eyelashes. @US_FDA gave it Fast Track.
The other (clascoterone) is a cream for the common baldness men get with age. It blocks the hormone responsible, but only on your scalp.
No pills. No effect on sexual function. Tested in 1,465 people across two Phase 3 trials: more than 5x the hair growth of placebo.
87 million Americans deal with one of these two conditions. After nearly three decades with nothing new, both showed up in the same year.
I have never seen a man:
-Eat 3–4 eggs every morning
-Eat 1 avocado daily
-Eat bananas and fresh fruits during the day
-Eat spinach or green vegetables regularly
-Eat salmon or fatty fish twice a week
-Eat a handful of pumpkin seeds and nuts daily
-Use olive oil instead of processed oils
-Drink 2–3 liters of water every day
-Sleep 7–8 hours every night
-Exercise 3–4 times a week
-Do squats, walking, or running for blood circulation
-Get 15–30 minutes of sunlight daily
-Avoid smoking, too much alcohol, and constant junk food
…and still struggle with weak erections.
Its impossible.
Before you die as a man, do this:
• See your 6-pack once.
• Deadlift 2x your bodyweight.
• Do 10 pull-ups straight.
• Travel solo.
• Quit something that’s killing you. Job. Habit. Relationship.
• Build something of your own. Business. Project. Doesn’t matter. Just yours.
• Be the fittest in your group at 40.
• Wake up at 45 with no medications.
• Look in the mirror feeling proud and inspired.
Most men will never get here.
If you wait too long, the coffee gets cold, the door closes, you get old, the girls move on, and dreams fade.
You must act with a sense of urgency today.
All it takes is 67 days. Just a little more than two months. To make up for 10 years you regret. 67 days of totally focusing. Avoiding distractions. Saying yes to the right things and no to the stupid ones. Lock in my friend and watch everything change. Two months of discipline can reverse a decade of drift. Most people won't do it because 67 days sounds too too simple. But that's all it really takes. Not so long.
