@O2 O2 store advised me the Bolt on I needed for using a phone outside of EU.
Just got notification of over £500 worth of charges for a week in Egypt. The bolt on I was told to get, don’t include Egypt. O2 wishes to offer me a £50 goodwill credit for their fuck up!Disgusting.
