Student Unions are openly declaring their dislike of freedom of speech. In response to the creation of a @reformparty_uk society, here is York SU encouraging students to write to their MP to help change the law so that student unions do not have to uphold free speech.

@RonniSalt Students shouldn't pay full fees for a constrained education. If universities and the arts are pressured to limit critical debate, academic freedom is diminished, and so is the value of the degree.
