His name is Imran Ahmad Khan Niazi.

1. Being a convicted prisoner does not strip Imran Khan of his fundamental rights.
2. The issue is not whether he received a facility once some 10 months ago, the question is why are his legal, constitutional and court-mandated rights not being provided fully, consistently and without unnecessary restrictions.
3. Citing 198 meetings and more than 900 visitor entries does not by itself prove adequate family, legal or medical access. There have been periods of 2 to 10 months when he's been kept in solitary confinement.
4. A few recorded phone calls do not establish that communication with his family has been regular and unrestricted.
5. There's no evidence of meetings with his wife since both are imprisoned.
6. An exclusive seven-cell compound and the list of food items does not match what was submitted in the court of law and reported by lawyers. These are blatant lies.
7. First of all he was not taken for treatment despite repeatedly informing theory authorities that he is unable to see anything from one of his eyes since 3 months. The fact that he underwent approximately 30 medical examinations does not, by itself, prove adequate medical care. Why is he not giving access to Independent and his personal doctor? His been taken to PIMs hospital which does not have specialist eye doctors available. And the specialist test and examinations recommended by PIMs doctors since August 1, are also not conducted till date.
8. Receiving five anti-VEGF injections and other treatment does not automatically resolve all questions concerning timely and independent medical access.
9. Being described as “stable” is not the same as being completely healthy or having no ongoing medical requirements. Publish his complete medical reports and doctors recommendations from a private hospital and give him access to his personal doctors.
10. Dr. Uzma Niazi was reported by the doctors that Imran Khan has severe anxiety due to solitary confinement which causes sudden increases in his blood pressure. Thus a one time stable blood pressure stated by Dr.Uzma does not substitute for a comprehensive, independent medical assessment.
11. If the Supreme Court’s orders were “fully implemented,” the government should demonstrate compliance with each specific direction rather than simply asserting that compliance occurred.
12. The Supreme Court’s restriction on publicly sharing confidential medical information does not mean that custodial conditions, medical access or compliance with court orders cannot be questioned.
13. If the government insists that health should not be politicized, it should also avoid using selective medical details and statements as a political or media defence.
14. If the government is confident in its position, independent medical verification and a transparent record of compliance with the Supreme Court’s orders would provide the strongest evidence.
15. Security concerns are a hoax. Imran Khan must be presented at the courts and must be taken to private hospital as well.

Then you stop visits of

- Lawyers
- Political Party Members

Then you stop phone calls with his sons @Kasim_Khan_1999 and #SulaimanKhan

Then you tell Jail Staff to not talk to him even if says “Salam”

Then you disallow following arbitrarily:
- TV
- Newspapers
- Books

Then you don’t allow him to pray Eid Namaz and allegedly Jumma Namaz too

Then you ignore when he mentions pain in his eye

Then you delay all treatments until dictator Asim Munir allows it in very dire circumstances to mostly save your own skin

You don’t let any court proceedings come in public. Instead judges have to go to Jail to conduct trials (where does this happen?) ; such blatant prisoner rights violations

Then you disobey Supreme Court ruling of taking him to Shifa International Hospital and letting his private doctors see him

After all this MENTAL TORTURE, you STILL HAVE THE AUDACITY to refute the claims in International Media. Are you just DUMB or think International Media can be bribed or coerced?

Too bad you are going to be on losing end on International Media. If you are that confident, why don’t you let Imran Khan’s full medical checkup by private hospital? WHAT ARE YOU HIDING?

ائیر بلیو کی فلائیٹ 212 نے 11 بجے شارجہ روانہ ہونا تھا رات مسافروں کو فون کیا گیا کہ پرواز دن 1:15 بجے روانہ ہوگی ، مسافر دن 11 بجے اسلام آباد کے ہوائی اڈے پر پہنچے تو بتایا گیا کہ فلائیٹ کلوز ہو چکی ہے ( یہ کوئی ایک نہیں متعدد مسافر تھے) ، چونکہ ریفنڈ پالیسی نہیں ، مسافروں اور ان کے رشتہ دار کہتے ہیں کہ ائیر لائن کے قصور کا خمیازہ مسافروں کو بھگتنا پڑا ۔ رہ جانے والے تمام مسافروں نے لگ بھگ 82 ہزار روپے فی کس کے حساب سے نئی ٹکٹیں خریدیں۔ ہے کوئی پوچھنے والا ؟

تھانہ آندل سندرانی کے لاک اپ میں قید شخص کی مبینہ برہنہ ویڈیو سامنے آنے پر گھوٹکی پولیس کے رویے اور اختیارات کے مبینہ ناجائز استعمال پر سوالات اٹھ گئے، ذرائع کے مطابق مذکورہ شخص کو جنگلات کی زمین پر لکڑیاں کاٹنے پر گرفتار کیا گیا،اور بعدازاں ایک بااثر شخصیت کے کہنے پر قیدی کی ویڈیو بنوائی گئی، جبکہ وائرل فوٹیج میں سنائی دینے والی آواز مبینہ طور پر ایس ایچ او کی بتائی جا رہی ہے۔
