I am posted in punjab where at present cm cash benefit scheme money deposited in women beneficiary
And situation is branches run by 2-3 staff mostly and daily 300-400 customers coming
Too much chaos but management taking daily 2 VC for targets
Sby jby apy insurance advances casa account
Staff working in branches are not having time to take proper lunch water break but management want targets and EOD held in evening
This is banking these days

Next time someone tells you private banks have better service than PSBs, show them this. @FederalBankLtd is paying Rs 2.5 lakh for illegally holding property papers long after a loan was closed. PSBs might not have flashy PR, but they are the true backbone of trustworthy banking.

officers posted in CO circle offices HRD should be given 2 monetary allowanaces
1 for picking telephone call of employees posted in branches say rs 5000 per month
2 for actually solving and resolving issues related to HR of employees posted in branches say 10000 rs per month ..
yesterday we were visiting branches of delhi and in one branch 3 officers informed about their pending issues with CO HRD for months and worse part HR officials not picking their phones .
and this is the circle where we have one of the finest gentleman as circle head .
all over the country co HRD ke more or less yahi halat hain and they bring worse disrepute to HRD of our bank whose HO HRD is one the best in public sector banks.
