IOB Management locked the officially recognised Officers’ Association office just a day after a lawful strike notice.

No discussion.
No notice.
Staff humiliated.
Dialogue denied.
Only intimidation.

This is not administration. This is vendetta and a direct attack on democratic trade union rights and the collective voice of bank officers.

We demand the immediate UNLOCKING of the Association office.
We urge @DFS_India @FinMinIndia @LabourMinistry to intervene and restore access without delay.

All banking unions must stand together today because if one union office can be locked, tomorrow it can be yours too.
