3 years ago today I was working at a 5-person startup in Boston that folded in less than a year. Now I’m in Canada, at a company that has rocketed from 100 to 200 employees over the past 7 months. Life is funny.
Execellent post on how stephen Wolfram organizes his life. Standing table with a treadmill before they were fashionable. Lots of actionable tps. He is a remote CEO, which is quite impressive. https://t.co/R6MXx24pAW

"Lessons Learned from My First MiniCompetion", by @pevansimpson, a current participant at @datascienceret.

You gave second.
You’re saying, “how can I incur a debt, one that I’m going to use to achieve my goals.” @SethGodinBlog
Fusion is the only way for humanity to survive. We should focus AI into solving fusion. #crazyideaMonday
(thread after a conversation with @sehailfillali, my friend and @ai_deepdive participant in Toronto). Feel free to add any 'out there' idea you have here :)
Because AI is a general tool, finding a good use case provides lots of leverage. Using AI to help solve fusion is the most leverage I can think of. Any #billionaire out there caring to chip in? :) I have two rooms full of smart people in two continents @dataScienceRet@aideepdive
Recently I heard on a podcast that failure and success are not opposites. In fact, you can't succeed unless you fail. Success is finishing a marathon and failure is all the training, eating well, etc. to be able to run. So you actually need to fail harder and faster to succeed.

We spent $700 billion bailing out Wall Street.
With that money, we could afford:
- 8 million school teachers
- 12 million infrastructure jobs
- 78 million Head Start slots or
- 196 million adults getting Medicaid
We already have socialism.
It’s for the rich.
