From the deal room:
@ServiceNow just made its fourth Israeli acquisition of 2026 — https://t.co/ee693gfYyY, an agentic AI platform for enterprise workflows, for tens of millions of dollars.
The numbers tell the real story: founded 2024, raised only $10M, exited in under two years. That’s not a company that ran a process — that’s a strategic buyer moving before a market forms around a category.
Founders are ex-WalkMe. @rustymeow sold his first company, https://t.co/NrrlnxyBwM, to WalkMe back in 2017 and spent years in its C-suite before leaving to build https://t.co/ee693gfYyY. Nir Nahum was @WalkMeInc’s founding CTO. Two people who already lived through one enterprise workflow company’s exit, back to build the AI-native version.
We’ve acted on ServiceNow’s Israeli deals these past few months — Traceloop, Pyramid Analytics, and Armis on Goldman’s side. We know their style. This is a buyer with a consistent thesis: hire teams that understand enterprise workflow friction before a category consolidates around them.
The lesson for founders: in this cycle, the exit window for infrastructure-adjacent AI tooling is opening and closing faster than traditional SaaS ever did. $10M in, tens of millions out, less than two years elapsed. That’s the new build-to-sell timeline in agentic AI.
