@British_Airways flight delayed so missed connections and no flights until tomorrow. Been put in a hotel 25 miles from Heathrow and just told to make own way there. No food provision given. Couldn't be more disappointed

@British_Airways Hi Jo. My issue is with service provided by BA. We've been placed in a hotel miles away and when we asked how to get there we were told "just go to the car park, you can probably find a taxi there". I've just had to pay £165 to get here. What if I didn't have the money to do so?

@AirCanada why can't you be bothered to reply to messages? I checked my husband and I in on our two air Canada flights today and you've moved us apart for both upon printing our boarding passes at airport (you wouldn't give us online boarding passes to fly to UK on UK passport)

@LumoTravel first time booking with you - your website and app are both terrible. Website continually crashed on payment screen and then app wouldn't allow seat picker. Finally got through on site to have journey on 1 Jan 0001 confirmed. Not sure if its down but wanted to flag!
