The month of May reminded us that supporting refugee communities means more than showing up, it means bringing services, information, dignity, and hope closer to people who need them most.
In Mahama Refugee Camp and the surrounding host community in @KireheDistrict, we were able to engage more than 800 people through a community outreach campaign focused on preventing Gender-Based Violence and improving access to Sexual and Reproductive Health services. #SRHR #AdvancingHealthRights
Today, we were honored to participate in the #BPRC Country-Level Project Launch and #PPR Learning Sessions organized by @eannaso in partnership with @ahfrwanda and @RwandaNGOForum
We remain committed to prove what #InformedGens do when are meaningfully engaged.🥳

🌸 Let's Talk Menstrual Hygiene 🌸
@RwandaNGOForum , in partnership with @ahfrwanda , @WateraidRwanda and @RWACHI_25 , invites you to join an engaging X Space discussion this Tuesday, 2nd June 2026 at 6:00 PM.
Hosted by @PMudakikwa and @oswaki , this conversation will bring together experts and advocates to explore practical solutions for improving menstrual health and dignity for girls and women.
Everyone’s Role is vital in Ending Period Poverty and Menstrual Stigma. Together, we will discuss menstrual hygiene management, access to menstrual products, the importance of WASH facilities/services, the link between menstrual health and SRHR, the role of parents, communities, boys and men in supporting girls, and collective actions needed to eliminate stigma and ensure menstrual dignity for all. Let’s work together to normalize conversations around menstruation and create a more inclusive and supportive society.

We believe in empowering young people with knowledge and critical thinking skills to challenge harmful gender norms and promote positive masculinity in the communities.
#PositiveMasculinity#YouthVoices#NAR#NeverAgainRwanda
We convened youth members of @UmurungaFamily for an interactive dialogue on "Positive Masculinity," creating a safe space for them to challenge "gender boxes" and understand core gender concepts, including the difference between sex and gender, positive masculinity, and how it builds respectful relationships.
#YouthEngagement #YouthVoices #NAR @NARwanda
Saturday 22 May, youth from Umurunga Family were hosted by @NARwanda in a meaningful dialogue on positive masculinity, learning the values of respect, equality, accountability, emotional expression, and shared responsibility.
@YouthEngage_rw@JosephRyarasa#Postivemasculinity
Last year, I had the privilege to be trained as a trainer on Positive Masculinity during a ToT organized by @giz_rwanda, representing @InformedGens. That moment marked the beginning of a transformative journey for me and the youth advocates I work with.
