Even when I Hv a amc fr four years , I was informed that I need to inform Croma fr any service I need n they will not visit on a fixed interval fr preventive maintainence. I am very sorry to say that the same Samsung will never ever tolerate such issues anywhere in the world .

@cromaretail had an extremely bad experience of buying a French door samsung refrigerator. The colour of the door is getting off. On informing Croma. I was assured of change of doors. Now it is almost a year with no response . Now this is the level of Croma- a Tata enterprise

Further to my utmost surprise when I asked fr the contact number of regional head of Croma , I was blatantly refused. Extremely bad customer dealing . Never expected from a tata group company.

Now yesterday I understand the 09 geysers which I bought in 2017 Sept cannot be serviced as you have made it obsolete .The service engineer says spares not available as obsolete. Is this how AO Smith work?

Verified from a vendor outside the psk Kolkata. What is the use of such digital platform when it cannot be used across the govt offices. A simple remedy is that all psk across Bharat must have provisions of QR code scanning to verify digital aadhar. I hope someday it will happen.
