This is no longer a delay it is deliberate neglect.
Bankers are the backbone of every government financial scheme, delivering transparency, compliance, and inclusion under relentless pressure.
While other departments enjoy a modern work week, bankers are pushed to do more with less without reform, relief, or respect.
Work–life balance is not charity.
It is a basic requirement for mental health, efficiency, and public trust. Ignoring this is weakening not just employees, but the entire banking system.
✊🏻 Enough is enough.
We stand united for the nationwide bank strike on January 27.
