I've logged a complaint at @ICO_Maldives against Bank of Maldives for not providing the MOU the bank has with Immigration to access our data without our consent.
I've asked for the MOU under the RTI Act.
It's not a legitimate business interest to breach my right to privacy.
Fuck you @MMuizzu ! I have a serious neurological condition, a condition which doctors here in Maldives couldnt diagnose despite several visitations to ER & specialists! I COULDNT SLEEP FOR WEEKS, get up, do basic everyday tasks, I had to fucking quit my job!
In 2021, while working at Ministry of National Planning, Infrastructure and Housing, I came across a case where the then head of public works had registered his private vehicle to a ministry garage.
I reported the matter to the @ACC_Maldives along with all relevant documents.
Now he is the MD of @TeamFenaka.
Today, ACC informed me that despite finding sufficient grounds against Mohamed Afeef Hussain, the @PGO_MV has decided not to press charges.
The same corrupt individuals continue to be recycled over and over again by a system that enables and protects them.

🚨 The investigation into Mahudhee’s death is starting not only because of the things we have been exposing across various social media platforms.
Every single day since his passing, Mahudhee’s family, especially his father has been going outside Minister Ihusaan’s office to beg and plead for a proper investigation into this death. They are openly protesting against massive negligence, the fact that the family was completely denied access to the body after his death and several other deeply concerning issues.
The moment Mahudhee's body was brought back to Malé MNDF rushed to bury him immediately. They refused to allow a single member of the family to enter the funeral home, even rejecting his father when he begged to go inside.
Muizzu can only cover up the truth to a certain limit. There is a saying that a mother intimately knows when something bad happens to the child she carried in her womb, and that's exactly why Mahudhee's mother refused to even shake hands with Muizzu. She felt the injustice way before.
On the third day (16th May), right before going down for the third chamber dive, Mahudhee sent messages to his wife explicitly stating that it was a "50/50 dive" and that he had not been given the mandatory minimum 48-hour surface rest, but had no choice but to go because of his job. These messages are something that Muizzu can never erase or hide from.
Mahudhee had already suffered from one failed kidney and was on permanent medication for his second kidney issue. Every single medical document regarding his condition had been officially shared by Mahudhee with MNDF Human Resources. Knowing all of these facts, Muizzu cannot escape accountability.
Whether it happens today or tomorrow, it's inevitable that those within the MNDF who oppose Muizzu will break ranks and will openly turn against him.
When an entire ministry becomes completely politicized, shattering protocols and guidelines to the point where soldiers lives are being thrown away with zero regard for law or regulation, the time will inevitably come when the soldiers get completely fed up with their superiors.
On one hand, the government is actively and unjustifiably destroying the Addu mangroves. On the other, it is receiving millions in funding to protect those very ecosystems.
Are the funders aware of what is happening?

I honestly don’t understand how this makes sense.
The High Court is basically saying they can order me to do or not do something, but I’m not allowed to challenge or appeal that decision. Doesn’t that go against the most basic principles of justice?
@mjamaldives
If this is true, it’s a step in the right direction. The next step should be to investigate corruption, PNC needs to forget about opposition for now and focus on putting its own house in order first.
another question: how did @PoliceMv conclude that “aisha” is actually easha, & on that basis impose a travel ban on her?
@PoliceMv is supposed to investigate and gather concrete facts, not act on mere hearsay. without following a proper investigation and due process, easha is very much an unrelated individual to the entire documentary situation.
who exactly is aisha? and how did they determine that it is easha?
@min_mohst how do you plan to answer these questions at a court of law? i suggest that you resign. you’re an idiot, through & through.
this whole case is full of holes. like a bucket that leaks from every side, just doesn’t hold water.

Allah Akbar. After 18 years in journalism this is the first time a state is coming after me because of a content my office published. I am being unfairly attacked and I consider this a threat against me and my family. I will die defending my family.
Oooh okey. After watching the interview on Public Service Media with the Health Minister, it feels like doctors are now being forced into the roles of pharmacists and storekeepers. At the same time, patients are left to check which medicines are in stock and adjust their treatment based on availability rather than receiving the medication that best suits their condition. What a great way.
I went to the ER @HulhumaleH a week ago in the middle of a panic attack, completely overwhelmed and unable to talk.
I was already being attend to by a doctor who was quite sweet and compassionate and another doctor (supposedly an intern) came up to me and started questioning me aggressively, “bandah thadhu vanee tha? bolah thadhu vanee tha? hun aeetha? kihineh tha vee?” When my doctor confronted her she just walked away saying “I don’t think I can handle this”.
I was too out of it to get the intern’s name. But thank you Dr Aala Zahir for being kind and patient. I owe you!
When someone shows up at the ER in distress, the bare minimum is compassion. How are we supposed to seek help when this is the system we’re relying on? I don’t even want to get started on @PoliceMv or FCPD.
🚨‼️ Muizzu said all future appointments would be vetted strictly on merit.
⚠️ Meanwhile he appointed Mohamed Hanim @Goldmanay as Deputy commissioner of sports.
Just so you know who Mohamed Hanim is;
▫️He helped drug kingpin Shafaz (Lonumidhilige Shafa) to escape country using fake medical papers.
▫️He personally went to a doctor's house & bribed them for a false signature.
▫️He fabricated fake travel documents & skipped the prison medical board.
▫️ACC investigated him for conspiracy & misuse of power.
▫️ACC recommended corruption charges against him.
▫️He was mixed up in Football Association corruption with Bassam. (Now jailed)
This is what checking merit looks like.
Shame on you @MMuizzu
