Is Mr. Lokesh Kumar, AGM, Punjab & Sind Bank, above the Indian Constitution? Reportedly, after receiving ₹10 lakh PLI, he is threatening subordinates for refusing to join the strike.

Similar intimidation may occur across PSBs this week. Please intervene urgently and ensure employees’ rights are protected.

स्टाफ की कमी, बेतहाशा प्रेशर, अव्यावहारिक टारगेट्स, उत्तर से दक्षिण का ट्रांसफर और परिवार से बढ़ती द���रियाँ। आखिर कब तक बैंककर्मी इस व्यवस्था की चक्की में पिसते रहेंगे?

बैंककर्मी मशीन नहीं, इंसान हैं। उन्हें भी मानसिक शांति और परिवार के साथ जीने का अधिकार है।

जब DFS और RBI में 5 Day Week संभव है तो बैंककर्मियों के साथ भेदभाव क्यों?

5-Day Banking कोई विलासिता नहीं बल्कि बैंककर्मियों के मानसिक स्वास्थ्य और सम्मानजनक जीवन की आवश्यकता है।

Claim by the DFS is misleading. After releasing heavy amount, PLI scheme is kept in abeyance for further discussion in upcoming settlement. Not withdrawn

Through IBA, government has already entered into bipartite aggreement with UFBU on 08.03.2024 and matter is pending with DFS for final approval. This is breach of section 18(1) of the ID Act.

जिनसे (Top Executives) अपील कर रही है उन्हें 20 से 25 लाख PLI मिला है।

जिनकी मदद लेने बोल रही है (RBI, MoH), वहाँ 5 डे वीक है।

लेकिन, जिनके लिए अपील कर रही है उन्हें न 5 डे वीक है ना 5 लाख PLI. उन्हें सिर्फ है, भावनात्मक झुनझुना, सरकारी योजनाओं को लागू करवाने की जिम्मेदारी और बिगड़ा हुआ वर्क लाइफ बैलेंस।

सरकार अवार्ड स्टाफ एवं स्केल-I से III अधिकारियों से हड़ताल में शामिल न होने की अपील कर रही है, लेकिन PLI बाँटते समय इन्हीं कर्मचारियों को भूल गई और स्केल 4 से ऊपर को 10 गुना ज्यादा PLI!
