I am deeply grateful to Leader Thiru K. Annamalai @annamalai_k for the trust and responsibility he has placed in me.
In many ways, this moment takes me back to where my political journey first began.
My political identity was shaped many years ago by Puratchi Thalaivi Selvi J. Jayalalithaa.
Working very closely with her taught me lessons that have stayed with me ever since - clarity of thought, courage of conviction, attention to detail, the ability to identify people, trust them with responsibility and give them the space to deliver.
Perhaps that is also why this new journey feels personally significant.
In Leader Thiru K. Annamalai, I see some of those same leadership qualities – absolute clarity, decisiveness, the courage to challenge convention, the willingness to think ahead, and the belief that strong institutions must be built, not merely inherited.
Electoral arithmetic may decide who forms a government. Sometimes it is the result of design; sometimes default - simply the consequence of events. Tamil Nadu, at the moment, appears to be witnessing more of the latter.The People of TN definitely deserve better.
Tamil Nadu deserves the opportunity to have a leadership built on education, integrity, administrative clarity and courage – qualities that Leader Thiru K. Annamalai wants to identify and nurture among a new generation of leaders, and through them build a government that is strong in purpose, competent in administration and accountable to the people.
As We The Leaders is preparing for its next phase – transition from a movement towards a full-fledged political party, I look forward to working closely with every colleague, leader, volunteer and member of We The Leaders - contributing whatever I have learnt over the years to see Leader Thiru. K Annamalai as the next Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

This is the part i agree with @elonmusk
that college education is largely overrated and not required to learn valuable skills or achieve success.
College For Fun, Not Learning.

We need Independent Research Labs across the country,
If you agree or not 100 yrs from now everything will become self learning,
Innovation and Imagination will be the key to future nothing else matters.

Once the AI is fully grown these colleges, IIT, exams cheating, library reservation, all become useless.
Basic school education till 8th standard is fine just to learn the basis.

DECKS CLEARED FOR PROFESSOR DULLA’S SUSPENSION?
IIT Bombay Director Shirish Kedare has reportedly accepted all 18 demands raised by students following Sahil’s death.
KEY DEMANDS INCLUDE:
• Immediate suspension of Prof. Suryanarayan Dulla
• Action against those found responsible in the inquiry
• Public apology from IIT Bombay over the alleged defamation of Sahil
• Independent probe into the circumstances surrounding Sahil’s death
• Probe panel to include faculty, student representatives and external experts
• Interim inquiry report by Sept 30
• Final report to be made public before Oct 15
• Financial assistance and continued support for families of four students who recently died at IIT Bombay
