Well done @UCOBankOfficial.
This is outstanding. While every bank is offering services to other employees you are actually caring for your employees.

🚨 PSU Banks reported a combined net profit of nearly ₹2 Trillion in FY 2025-26.
Yes, ₹2,00,000+ Crore profit.
But despite these record earnings, bankers are still waiting for:
➡ #5DaysBanking
➡ Better working conditions
➡ Proper work-life balance
➡ Adequate staff recruitment
➡ Relief from endless pressure and extended working hours
When profits touch historic highs, why are basic demands of employees still treated like a burden?
The banking system is earning in trillions.
The people running it are still struggling for dignity, time, and humane working conditions.

A new trend has started these days
Go to a bank, write half a story online, accuse “bankers harassed me,” gain followers, collect sympathy, and turn banking staff into national villains.
No branch name.
No location.
No proof.
No transaction details.
But the judgement is already ready “bankers take commissions.”
And the funniest line:
“I have 50,000 followers on Twitter, so they gave me cash.”
So now banking rules will run on social media influence?
Tomorrow someone with 5 lakh followers will demand the vault be opened too?
Reality is that branch bankers face abusive behaviour, staff shortages, unrealistic pressure, and public humiliation every single day.
Yet the only stories that go viral are the ones where bankers are portrayed as villains.
If the issue was genuine, file an official complaint, share branch details, allow CCTV verification, and let an inquiry happen.
But posting vague emotional stories and branding the entire banking system as corrupt is nothing but cheap engagement farming.
Bankers are human beings too not punching bags.
मैं challenge करता हूँ सभी बैंक unions के नेताओं को।
5 Days Banking
One letter from DFS in circulation regarding in time wage settlement of public sector banks.
Due on 01/11/2027.
This letter also makes good point of timely amendment in regulations governing wage hike but I am sure this will not happen because it will cause huge loss to levy industry.
By the way this type of letter from DFS comes every year .
🚨UFBU CIRCULAR = SAME OLD DRAMA, BANKERS WONT FALL FOR IT AGAIN🚨
January proved everything.
Bankers showed full unity, full strength.
What did leadership deliver?
👉 Just ONE DAY strike
👉 Then complete silence on PLI
Now again the same script
Black badges, black ribbons, WhatsApp exit, symbolic protests
Seriously?
Is this a movement or just a time pass routine?
Bankers are not fools anymore.
This cycle is now crystal clear
Build pressure → divert with symbolic actions → delay real strike → cool everything down
And now again
“Strike decision in May or June”
Why later? WHY NOT NOW?
If you are serious, then show it with action
→ Declare 3 day strike dates
→ Declare 5 day strike dates
→ Declare indefinite strike roadmap
WITHOUT THIS nothing will move
WITHOUT THIS bankers will NOT follow
Leaders like Rupam Roy and Venkat Chellam must understand
→ Credibility is collapsing
→ Bankers are losing trust
→ Symbolic protests do not scare anyone
@rupamsmail@ChVenkatachalam Either give a clear strike plan with timeline and dates OR accept that bankers will no longer fall into this trap
Enough of the same old tactics

🚨 Outsiders issuing ORDERS to open SBI branch on holidays
A CA firm conducting statutory audit mails a @TheOfficialSBI BM on 4th April directing them to open the branch on a holiday for audit work.
Since when did external auditors get the authority to override banking norms, security protocols and staff rights?
Opening a branch on a holiday is not just “adjustment” it is a serious security risk for cash, documents and officials.
For years, staff have been pressured to stretch beyond limits late nights, holidays and now even outsiders are dictating terms?
This is not audit. This is institutionalized harassment.
Fix the system. Respect rules. Respect staff.

🚨 UFBU & AIBOC SHAME ON YOU! 🚨
On 21 3 2026, @rupamsmail Rupam Roy, GS of @aiboc_in announced a full protest programme and promised a strike within 24 hours if #PLI issues were not addressed.
Today is 27th March 144 hours of silence. Not a single action.
Bankers’ emotions, hopes, and anger are being toyed with by these so called leaders. If this is the standard of #UFBU and AIBOC leadership, nothing will ever change.
Wake up! Stop playing with the lives of honest bankers.
Enough of empty promises!

🚨HOLIDAY SLAVERY IN PNB: CIRCLE HEAD ANIL CHAUDHRY FORCES STAFF TO WORK FOR TARGETS
A slavery office order from @pnbindia Aligarh Circle exposes the harsh ground reality under Circle Head Anil Chaudhry.
Bankers have been deputed for OTS camps on 28th and 29th March 2026, including holidays.
Let that sink in: When there is no official banking on holidays, why are employees being forced to report?
→ This is not banking, only exploitation.
→ This is not about recovery.
→ This is about year end pressure, PLI greed, and promotion race.
OTS at the last moment is nothing but:
→ NPA window dressing
→ Artificial recovery show
→ Target fulfilment at any human cost
Branches can handle OTS during working days. Then why this forced attendance on holidays? Because ground reality is:
Employees are being pushed beyond limits
Holidays are being treated as optional
Human dignity is being ignored
And the biggest contradiction:
PNB CMD says no extra working hours
But circle leadership under Anil Chaudhry is:
→ Forcing work on holidays
→ Ignoring employee rights
→ Openly defying the spirit of CMD’s message
This is not leadership. This is pressure driven misuse of authority. If PNB continues like this, it clearly shows one thing:
Targets matter more than people.
This order must be withdrawn.
This exploitation must stop.

🚨UFBU calls are getting totally ignored in RRBs.
Not a single serious response across all 28 RRBs.
→ Work to rule
→ Leaving official groups
→ Left office at time
→ Collective action
Nothing is happening on ground.
Why? Because ground reality is brutal.
Bankers have already given up. Not because they are weak but because they are completely unprotected. Management pressure is real, constant, and personal. In RRBs, management knows no one will stand for you.
And let’s say it clearly:
Unions are in dead mode. Most are already finished. The few left are just surviving, slowly moving towards irrelevance. Especially among officers, there is almost ZERO union presence today.
❌No leadership.
❌No protection.
❌No accountability.
So why will any employee risk transfer, harassment or career damage for a call that has no backing?
And the biggest failure is leadership.
When So called Leaders choose
→ Boot-liking over Fight
→ Silence over struggle,
→ Comfort over confrontation
→ Survival over representation
Then unions stop being a shield for employees and become irrelevant.
That’s exactly where RRB unions stand today.
Bitter but true

The UFBU can not give strike notice for 5 days banking towards March end has threatened flash strike against senior executives PLI payment .how many bankers can trust UFBU on this count .
🚨 PLI Reality Batch 3: Indian Bank
@MyIndianBank bosses take ₹1.02 CR
Branch staff get 15 days salary
PLI = Profit for bosses
Pressure for staff
Brace yourself.
Next level pressure is coming.
🚨PLI Reality Batch 4: CANARA BANK
Super boss gets ₹74 LAKH PLI
Staff gets 15 days salary
More PLI = More pressure
Brace for extreme targets ahead.
@canarabank
Scale I–III — decide for yourself.
Top management gets incentives.
You get targets.
You stretch, you sacrifice — still unrecognised..
Maybe it’s time to understand:
Don’t overwork for a system that doesn’t value you.
🚨 Crores for MDs, 15 Days for Branch Staff: DFS PLI Letter Revealed!
@FinMinIndia has approved the #PLI for MD & EDs of @pnbindia for FY 2024-25. The official communication came from the @DFS_India on March 18, 2026.
✅ MD & EDs will get Rs. 1.00 crore+ as PLI
✅ Officers from Scale IV to VIII will get PLI almost equal to their full annual salary
✅ Officers from Scale I to III, who do most of the branch-level work, will get PLI for only 15 days
Example (Approximate):
•Scale 1 → Rs. 41,000
•Scale 2 → Rs. 50,000
•Scale 3 → Rs. 62,000
•Scale 4 → Rs. 20 lakh
•Scale 5 → Rs. 25 lakh
•Scale 6 → Rs. 30 lakh
•Scale 7 → Rs. 35 lakh
•Scale 8 → Rs. 40 lakh
•ED → Rs. 50 lakh
•MD → Rs. 55 lakh
PLI as % of Annual Basic Pay:
•Scale IV → 70%
•Scale V & VI → 80%
•Scale VII & VIII → 90%
•EDs & MDs → 100%
💥 The harsh truth: Scale 1-3 officers, the backbone of branch operations, are being massively under-rewarded while senior officers get nearly double or even full salary as PLI.
Bankers are already calling this discriminatory. Most of the work is done in branches, while senior officers sit in AC cabins, and now, with this “PLP” (Profit Linked to Their Pocket), they will push unrealistic targets, making the frontline staff face more pressure than ever.
This is not a Performance-Linked Incentive, this is a Profit-Linked-to-Bosses’ Pocket scheme.
Attention all bankers: The new year is coming with higher pressure, impossible targets, and exploitation at its peak.
We have received several emails about bank employees being called to work on holidays.
To understand the situation, we spoke to candidates working in various government departments through SSC. Most said they are never called to work on holidays, except once or twice in rare urgent cases.
However, in banks, employees are frequently asked to work on holidays, and this is slowly becoming a normal practice.
Unfortunately, the banking industry and bank unions remain silent on this issue. This practice should change.
🚨 Bankers Alert: LPG Shortage Today… Chaos at Bank Branches Tomorrow
An LPG shortage may look like a fuel supply problem.
But bankers know how this story usually unfolds.
- First comes the shortage.
- Then subsidy confusion begins.
- DBT delays start appearing.
- Aadhaar - bank linking complaints resurface.
And soon the chain reaction begins:
➡ Subsidy not credited
➡ DBT payment failures
➡ Aadhaar linking disputes
➡ Customers rushing to bank branches
And who faces the anger?
Bank employees.
“Why is my LPG subsidy not credited?”
“Why has DBT stopped?”
“Fix my account immediately.”
Oil companies stay silent.
Authorities stay invisible.
But the bank counter becomes the complaint desk for a crisis it never created.
Already drowning under unrealistic targets, insurance pressure, staff shortages and endless compliance pressure, bankers are once again expected to absorb the anger of a completely different system failure.
If LPG supply disruption spreads, be ready for the next scene:
➡ Crowds at branches
➡ Subsidy disputes
➡ Frustration directed at bank staff
Because in India, when any system fails, the nearest bank counter becomes the battlefield.
