Rest in peace my friend. @Rouselle8346 was the real deal. When Bill talked, you had better listen. He was going to drop some wisdom. Loved hearing the war stories from old New Orleans politics. Learned a lot from watching him. Praying for Caryn, Geriease, and his Bright Moments family.
“The Narrows” - @SuperRare. This particular shot has never been taken before. Taken at almost 3 miles above NYC in a 🚁 with the doors open. The pilot had to be on Oxygen to legally and safely pilot the aircraft. This is the result of a highly planned and coordinated photo shoot.
Bring on national service — something like the Peace Corps or Habitat for Humanity — require/encourage a year of (paid) service for young people to build camaraderie, connections, social conscience, heal political division, restore faith in our nation
"This the crib... The city deserves this. The city deserves to have a basketball team. The Saints been holding it down for so many years, you gotta give them that respect. But this city deserves to have the Pelicans be great too"
-- Zion on the importance of winning home games
I can’t get over this photo. It’s so good.
I wish it was 1999 and this was in “SI Kids” so I could tear it out and tape it on my wall. The good old days.
Today marks just the 26th Sports Equinox ever, as there will be an NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL game all played on the same day.
🏈 Saints at Cardinals
⚾️ Yankees at Astros
🏀 Bucks at 76ers, Clippers at Lakers
🏒 12 NHL games
Plus college football, MLS playoffs and more.

Moon Landrieu, who reshaped racial politics in one of the nation’s most polyglot and irrepressible cities… [great @nytimes obit.] https://t.co/pDEN2TVmfT
I never met anyone with a stronger moral compass. Moon Landrieu always fought for what he thought was right and just. I cherish the time I spent learning from him, long after he left public life. Please keep the Landrieu family in your prayers. https://t.co/1joTLWTCGU
It’s crazy to me how most of us are now going to spend the majority of our career working remotely, and if it hadn’t been for the pandemic we’d have all just kept going to offices for 8+ hours every day.
Makes you wonder what else we’re all doing just because everyone else is.
