Biggest gap IMO is how do you see progress over time?
Once you see meaningful progress, it's easier to adhere to a workout routine. I think making that highly visible and easily consumable is key.
Also, not sure if this generalizes to other users, but I like having a list of 10-15 exercises for PRs that I'll try to beat every 4 weeks.
