It began as a personal journal during one of the most challenging periods of my life. I was living in what seemed like a paradox: working my dream job, living my “best life,” yet feeling emptier than ever. This coincided with my 25th birthday, triggering a quarter-life crisis. I began to write freely, without judgment, just for myself, pouring out 1,500 to 2,000 words daily over a month. It was only at the end that I realized the volume and value of my writing, as it resonated with broader societal questions generations like Gen Z and Millennials were grappling—with work, career, creativity, and uncertain changes due to automation and AI. These reflections led to the necessity of this book for anyone questioning how to honor their time amidst a changing world. Thus, The Time Is Now was born—a call to action to unleash our creative potential, live intuitively, and let life—serendipity—guide us. My podcast “Through Conversations,” where I’ve interviewed over 100 brilliant minds, has shaped my perspective on living a fulfilled life, and many conversations are featured on the book. Even if it doesn’t become a bestseller, the act of writing has given me direction, resolve, and has replenished my life energy—my hope is that just one sentence or word, or just one idea, does the same for you.
