What’s a goal you can watch over and over again ?

[PompeyNewsNow🎙PO4cast @PompeyNewsNow]

💬 Marezi: “I’m really good at scoring penalties, I’ve never missed in my life. It was very good for me.”

#Pompey

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

@mrandrewmoon Should’ve let him go in the summer

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

Two weeks ago everyone was calling for Schmid to be dropped because he’s ‘not good enough’ now after a few games im seeing people say that he’s infinitely better than Bielica, and should be number 1 again?

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

@gingeymason @pn_neil_allen The only one that was really his fault was Blackburn’s second goal. Played well against Cardiff too

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

@pn_neil_allen I know, my comment was more directed at the people saying he’s not good enough after 4 games. Reality is that if he was good enough playing out the back then he wouldn’t be playing for us in the first place. Every keeper will make a mistake at some point, doesn’t make them bad

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

@ryanhoney9 Don’t think he’s done much wrong so far this season, give him time to adapt and could be a proper tidy player for us. Should keep his place in the starting 11 for next weekend

[Portsmouth FC @Pompey]

Alan Knight. 1961-2026. 💙

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

@TrevorDine95878 @LukeEllisPUP I completely agree, however the only other option at this point is Mohammed, and throwing him in from the start this early is a risk. I would expect him to start ahead of Pack going forward but for Saturday would stick with Marlon in the starting 11

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

Need to see us shift to 433 from now on, would like to see a setup like this on Saturday #pompey

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

@JamesSetters05 Shaughnessy will probably start on Saturday, but I don’t want him to be a starter this season. I’d rather give game time to players like Arthur who can actually play two games in a week. Plus he’ll get better the more he plays

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

@LukeEllisPUP Yeah that’s a fair shout , although I’d start Brooke-Smith and bring Shade on in second half. Do see Schmid as number 1 still, but think it would be harsh on Bielica to drop him after 1 game. Can’t imagine that would have a positive effect on his confidence

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

@Pompey Have to sympathise with him, been hung out to dry by Mousinho when he wasn’t even that bad. Can’t imagine the Eisner’s would be too pleased with paying him off when he was bought for just under a million. A disasterclass all round

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

Looks a tidy player, lets hope he gets some decent minutes to show us what he can do #pompey

Tyrese Shade has joined Sky Bet Championship side Portsmouth for an undisclosed fee.

Bowyer: "We’ll miss him, but more than anything, we’re proud of him."

We wish Tyrese the best of luck for the future.

The one touch passes, the movement off the ball, no little unnecessary dwelling on the ball waiting to get closed down by 2/3 players. If only we could understand that #Pompey

[Second Tier podcast @secondtierpod]

Watch this. Start to finish.

In love with Swansea City, my god.

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

@Steve_Wrixon Spot on. Same old shit, this time he has no excuse as the playing budget has increased significantly compared to previous seasons

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

Have to feel sorry for the new players that were chucked in the squad tonight. Been let down by the manager and his shocking tactics. Just not set up to succeed in any way whatsoever. #pompey

[Alex🇪🇪 @alex_nunn7]

@underwood199529 ?

First Comorian to potentially play for Pompey? 🇰🇲

2 match ban cause the ref couldn’t be arsed to do his job. Make it make sense

Aune Heggebø will serve a two-match suspension after an appeal against a charge of misconduct was unsuccessful.

We remain steadfast in our support of Aune, whose character and integrity have been evident throughout his time at The Hawthorns.
