📌 Compound classical plus PACC mutations often derive more benefit from third-generation TKIs, including osimertinib
📌 Exon 20 insertions: WU-KONG28 established 1L superiority of sunvozertinib over platinum-pemetrexed
📌 Resistance in both subsets spans C797S, E709K and MET bypass signalling
