At the early stages of the Presidential Election Tribunal, APC & BAT/SHET lawyers argued that the Appeals Court has no jurisdiction to hear the case and that it should be dismissed immediately.

I waited for months to hear what the judges would say to that but nothing was said. I can’t remember hearing them address that issue with APC, and I can’t stop my thoughts from running wild especially with the delay on judgment.

I will stop here to avoid fear mongering but with this corrupt government, nothing is impossible!
