@ryandirectgroup think we have spoken to almost everyone at RDG! my husband is calling later on and if no further no will pursue with the FO

[Alison Mckie @ali1098]

still being messed about 7+ months after #stormdesmond flooded our home. Really poor service from @ryandirectgroup @TheAA_Help

[Alison Mckie @ali1098]

7months on and 6+quotes to fix our flooded home the best @TheAA_Help @ryandirectgroup can offer for a settlement is <40% of the avg quote.

[Alison Mckie @ali1098]

Almost 7 mths after #stormdesmond and @TheAA_Help @ryandirectgroup still won't offer a fair settlement to restore our flooded home....

[Alison Mckie @ali1098]

@TheAA_Help thought we would be in safe hands with buildings insurance from the #aa still trying to settle a claim 6.5 mths after #stormdes

[Alison Mckie @ali1098]

Thanks #timpson one dead waterlogged #poolmate after its battery change. Didn't happen the last 2 times it was changed.
