Want an easy drill to clean up your over the top path? Hands shooting out towards the ball early in transition is something that plagues a lot of golfers. Do this drill on the range before your rounds to feel the difference of allowing the hands to lower first. Start slow

As a home owner, I don’t really get it. Ok, your home doubled in value and you sold for amazing gains. Now what? Whatever other home you buy will also be valued similarly. If you want to rent, that will also be higher. I guess you can refinance and improve the home? Then you’re right back at step 1 though. What’s the end game here? Die in the home and leave it to your kids?

Yes, providers and insurance have some agreed upon rates that are much lower.

I won’t argue insurance premiums have gone vertical in the last 10-15 years. It’s the unfortunate byproduct of expanding coverage.

You should look into HDHP if you barely use your insurance. The premium difference and HSA benefits can outweigh your out of pocket expenses and you’re still protected by an OOP Max for catastrophic events.
