Commerce International : La RDC franchit une étape historique dans la normalisation et la souveraineté de ses échanges

​Kinshasa, le 04 mars 2026

Sous la conduite de l’expert international en commerce, Monsieur Saïd Ali, une réunion technique de haute importance s’est tenue ce mercredi pour finaliser la formalisation des Comités Nationaux SPS (Sanitaire et Phytosanitaire), OTC (Obstacles Techniques au Commerce) et du Codex Alimentarius.
​Dans un contexte de mondialisation accrue, la #RDC réaffirme son engagement à aligner sa gouvernance commerciale sur les standards de l’Organisation Mondiale du Commerce (#OMC). La mise en œuvre de ces comités marque un tournant stratégique pour la protection des intérêts nationaux et l'expansion économique du pays.
​En vertu des accords de l’OMC, ces comités confèrent à la RDC le droit souverain d’adopter des mesures rigoureuses pour protéger la santé de sa population, ainsi que la préservation de sa faune et de sa flore. Ces instances ne sont pas seulement des outils administratifs, mais de véritables instruments de sécurité sanitaire et environnementale.

​Garantir l'accès des produits "Made in Congo" au marché mondial

​L'objectif central de cette réforme est de lever les barrières normatives qui freinent encore les exportations congolaises. En structurant ces comités, la RDC se dote des moyens de :
●​Sécuriser ses exportations : En garantissant la conformité des produits locaux aux exigences internationales.
●​Renforcer la compétitivité : En harmonisant les normes nationales et en dynamisant le dialogue entre les secteurs public et privé.
●​Affirmer sa souveraineté réglementaire : En participant activement à la définition des normes internationales plutôt que de simplement les subir.
