My mom knows nothing about programming

But watches every video I make

That’s why I say “hi mom!” instead of “hello, world!” in every video.

I even leave easter eggs just for her that nobody else would understand.

She’s pretty funny and sends me text messages after every video.

But those messages stopped coming recently.

She got sick

Then really sick

Then passed away at 60

So don’t forget to say hi to your mom today

It really sucks when you can’t anymore

Bye mom

@ishverduzco Love that you were asking after the fact. Not asking for permission, but punishment at the next session.

@jayyeh 🔥 Nov Leads

[Jason Yeh @jayyeh]

The VC slowdown is real

But 400+ brave VCs still invested over $1M in seed deals last month

If you're raising soon, maybe start with them?

To help, I made a list of 418 investors who led round over $1M

If you want it
1. Comment "Nov Leads"
2. RT + Follow so I can DM it

You need to get to the point in your life where you no longer look at failure as failure rather see it merely as an attempt!

Remember this- the valiant motherfucker always wins even when the world around you may see you “failing.”

Stay hard!

[Dalai Lama @DalaiLama]

All 7 billion human beings have a common experience—we all appreciate love. We all have a seed of love and affection within us and the potential to cultivate greater love and compassion. If we want to create peace in the world it has to start with the heart, with inner peace.

[Dalai Lama @DalaiLama]

If our mind is not peaceful and tamed, no matter how marvelous the external circumstances are, we will be burdened by frights, hopes, and fears. With a tamed mind, we will enjoy wealth or poverty, health or sickness; we can even die happily.

How old were you when you discovered that holding the shift key while hovering over a request on Chrome DevTools will highlight the initiator in green and dependencies in red? 😱

Thanks, @addyosmani, for the tip!
