@AlexMedia@EuropeByRail The 25% promo passes are completely refundable at no cost. That text refers to a promo from last year. We've updated the text to reflect this. Sorry for the confusion.
@33rides@EuropeByRail This text actually refers to the 50% promo of last year. It seems we forgot to update the text when publishing this promo. 🫢
We've updated the text and I can assure you that the 25% promo passes are completely refundable at no cost.
@Jandenoo@Interrail Hello Jan. The 50% promo passes are not refundable at all. Regular passes at All Aboard, and most other promotions such as 10%, are 100% refundable without any fees.
@EuropeByRail@Interrail@richardavsmith@seatsixtyone@SimonCalder Thanks for introducing me to https://t.co/nsoqHN7Y36: took me ten minutes to complete what I've been trying to do for the last 5 hours ... so yes, the extension seems to apply to them too. Received confirmations and one ticket: seems that third party sites better bet.
Lots of people having probs this evening buying the 50% discount #Interrail tkts as sites crash. But they are definitely available now at https://t.co/V9dwNaUQcZ
@Interrail to all those struggling to buy on https://t.co/ec1jGCEFro,

allaboard has less informaiton on the website, you can get that info in the interrail website tho,!
@Eurail A customer of ours is experiencing problems with the Rail Planner app, unable to add journey/use travel day. The app shows a "Something went wrong" error message. They are out traveling right now, please advice.
@andpe41@DB_Bahn@SJ_AB@oresundstag@OmioGlobal No, our mission is to alleviate the challenge with planning and booking long distance train trips. So it’s the same thing as if you’d piece the trip together by yourself from the different operators, only easier 😉
