A5: I just learned the MAPS program this month and trained teachers on using it. At the start of training, I gave each teacher a card with “choose joy” on it. My goal was to communicate that learning new things can and should bring us joy. #tigertechsquad

A4: When I make a mistake in the classroom, I think it’s important to share that with my students. It not only communicates making mistakes are okay, but it also lets students create solutions to problems, and see the growth that mistakes can ignite. #tigertechsquad
