A1. I would classify my mindset toward learning as Growing. I have always loved learning new things, but as I have taught longer, & my kids aged I tended to get lost in all the business of life. Now that my kids are grown, I am once again learning more and more.#tigertechsquad
A5: The last new program or technological solution I learned and have used is Socrative. I shared it with my students by telling them the procedures to follow for their online assessment. This was shared to me and I in turned shared it again. #tigertechsquad tigertechsquad
A5: I just learned the MAPS program this month and trained teachers on using it. At the start of training, I gave each teacher a card with “choose joy” on it. My goal was to communicate that learning new things can and should bring us joy. #tigertechsquad
A1: As a librarian, I love to read books aloud to students. Books with characters that face challenges and create ways to overcome them,helps students see this is possible in their lives and learning too.#tigertechsquad
A5: I have recently been experimenting with QR codes in the library and how they can be used for the classroom. My students love to be my guinea pigs, and try my new displays and games. I usually share by showing them, but I could also try something on Schoology. #tigertechsquad

Q2: In order to promote my own growth mindset, I find it helps me to read books that allow me to see other’s struggles or that are self improvement type books. Also, placing quotes and scriptures around the house helps. #tigertechsquad
A4: Posting goals on the board and sharing them for the lesson/unit or even a personal goal so you can also share struggles, successes and outcomes to make those connections:) #tigertechsquad
