Has anyone seen diffuse CK20 positivity in a salivary duct carcinoma? SDC, probably ex PA, in SMG. IHC done in metastatic LN. GATA3+, GCDFP15- #ENTpath

Non-functioning kidney with stones. Multiple minute papillary adenoma-like structures are noted in the cortex. A papillary adenoma (size 1 mm) is also found (pic3). The medulla shows granulomatous reaction to stone crystals. #GUpath
