21.07.25 @ 15:14 was my first purchase of Kaspa.
It’s been one year.
I can’t say it hasn’t been tough. Kaspa has dropped substantially in both USD and BTC terms over the past year.
In hindsight, I would have gone slower. I’m still DCAing and converting, but at a much slower and more patient pace.
I understand this is a bear market, so the poor price action isn’t hard to explain.
But as a project, although I still have plenty to learn, Kaspa to me seems solid to me.
Looking forward to seeing what the future holds for Kaspa. 🤞
Ok, that’s a good approach to generally filter out a lot of waste of time coins.
But you’ve known about Kaspa for a while now. It doesn’t make sense to lump it with the other random coins out there.
It’s closer to the Bitcoin White Paper than Bitcoin itself is.
The only clear advantage that I can see that Bitcoin itself has over Kaspa is its bigger network, or do you see any other advantages?
And network effect is not on its own enough. The dollar has a bigger network than Bitcoin.
@BTCBreadMan@realvijayk "Well, it’s not Bitcoin. Is it?"
This comment is clearly made with with a bit of sarcasm / as a joke.
But it seems like, even when you are serious, it's still your best argument against Kaspa. That's quite telling.
@anbrandenburger Defo an improvement on BTC.
I just think there is a gap between the improvement, and having to explain that to potential new adopters.
Good on you maybe. I'm at about /£2.80. Really not sure what to do / where to go from here and who would be a reliable source of info on this.
I'd say I have reasonably low time preference, so in no need to sell quickly. But the premium on this was so high, not sure if / when it will even break even and it may not happen in the upcoming cycle.
