@JetBlue LOL I did - and I got put on a “2 hr” wait that turned into a 7 hour wait time for both chat and phone. Got so late I gave up to go to bed since it Put me into the middle of the night… I’d rather you have your CS reach out to me at this point because I don’t trust your phones

@Apple what’s up with new update… none of my apps will stay open and I just wanna use Maps… even just Apple Maps and it won’t stay.

@AppleSupport Issue continues after restarting. Apps are just freezing (photo/web) Biggest issue is with any map, mostly Apple Maps. The app opens, put in address, hit go- directions load and root will start then the app crashes. iPhone details are in the image attached.
