Pima County Police: False arrest, false imprisonment, and potential malicious prosecution, all of which violate Alex Zabel’s constitutional rights.

These two officers went in with intent to aggress. They did not give Alex a second to comply or even deny.

My observation: I can clearly see both officers tugging on Alex in opposite directions, each attempting to wrap a leg around him to take him down, while Alex tries to regain his footing. One officer struggles to keep his balance while wrapping his leg around Alex, stumbles, and falls to the ground. Throughout the encounter, Alex appears to be trying to maintain his balance and put one hand in the air, while an officer clearly has hold of the other.

Alex never pushed an officer to the ground. He was clearly speaking loudly and never intentionally spit in any officer’s face, either!

Alex was also in clear respiratory distress, which could have potentially led to cardiac arrest!
