@FirstBSA 14:37 T1 bus B'mead to T'bury today-I'm disgusted the driver didn't follow the route to Great Meadow & turned down Webbs Wood instead leaving my elderly parents (& Mum is registered disabled)to walk up hill to get back. My Mum questioned it & driver shrugged shoulders..

@virginmedia Not sure the relevance of LPA. My dad gets confused at times, he's not an idiot unable to converse. Your adviser confirmed mum had been added for joint account last year, yet on Wednesday they wouldn't speak to her. I feel this is not going anywhere to help my parents.

@virginmedia Disappointed to hear that a CS rep was rude to my elderly parents & refused to put through to a supervisor or a UK operator. Shame as they were ringing to arrange a new contract. Now looking to log a formal complaint & leave.

@virginmedia Last year Dad gave verbal agreement to CS rep 4 contract can be discussed with Mum & the lady confirmed mum had been added to the acc. Yes, mum has LPA. They struggle to understand,need to speak to an English CS rep if you can provide a number. Attitude is cause 4 complaint.

@virginmedia Last Yr,spoke to Scottish lady who added Mum as authorised to speak to & marked Dad as vulnerable. Today Dad was getting confused & she refused to speak to my Mum. Hence why asked for s'visor. Also told can't transfer to UK when that has been done before.
