Today I tested the Examplify software for the Florida Bar Exam and it failed miserably. @ExamSoft assured us that the software would work and that they would be attentive to technical support issues, but both are false. #Floridabar #FBBE #Bar2020 #examsoft

And just in case anyone is wondering, I use a top-notch gaming computer with better specs than the vast majority of my peers. I never had software issues with any other software prior to this, including the previous vendor ILG360.

@DBolelli This issue is ripe for the Supreme Court and has been for a few years now. Hopefully they'll take up this case and overturn this appellate decision. Ideally, SCOTUS should set guidelines for such ID laws, but that's unlikely (SCOTUS loves narrow rulings).

@LehmanMg @HardcoreHistory The case didn't set many guidelines, but RBG talked about the maximum assessable fine levied for the crime in question (not the actual amount levied to a given convict). The details will be worked out in the courts for many years
