@AdinaTehreem @GermanyDiplo @GermanyinPAK Visa appointment waiting time is almost 7 months. Admissions are expiring and students’ funding is being wasted.
This is affecting our education and future. We request authorities to speed up appointments and provide a clear solution for students.

Students have already lost one entire semester because of visa delays. We can't afford to miss any more semesters now. Kindly speed up the process. @GermanyinPAK @GermanyDiplo @AuswaertigesAmt #GermanVisaBacklog

2/2: The current working pace of the Islamabad Embassy is not adequate to cater to 1000's of students in time & my Summer semester is also at risk, I'll be wasting another semester's contribution as well. Please accelerate the process. #GermanVisaBacklog #FairVisaGermany

Though I joined the waiting list on 29 Dec 2025. However, already, the waiting time is 7 months. If this behaviour of the embassy continues, then how will I manage to join my classes on 1st april.
@GermanyDiplo, please focus on our applications.

[Saleha Adnan @SalehaaAdnan8]

Each student currently on the waiting list has blocked this amount but even after submitting complete documents and financial proofs, visa processing is extremely delayed with not a single ounce of clarity. @dw_politics @GermanyDiplo @GermanyinPAK @AussenMinDE #GermanVisaBacklog

Every day, @GermanyinPAK is giving appointments if they want and there is no check and balance from @GermanyDiplo on this.

[Adina Tehreem @AdinaTehreem]

My humble request to all the authorities is to speed up the visa process. My university is not allowing me to join the classes after 30 april 2026. I left my job just because I was sured to get an appointment on time. @AuswaertigesAmt @GermanyDiplo @GermanyinPAK

[Eshal @eshalHaroo56161]

Almost all fellow students have taken loans or borrowed money or emptied out their savings. please facilitate students visas! @GermanyinPAK

[Sana Amjad @SanaAmjadbz]

I joined the waiting list on July 21, 2025 & after 7 months I'm still awaiting response. My university has stipulated that I must arrive by April 7, 2026 or I’ll have to wait until summer 2027. I'm feeling the pressure kindly request an expedited process

I’m sharing this to raise concern about the ongoing German student visa backlog in Islamabad. Many students are already facing serious academic and financial consequences due to prolonged and unpredictable processing. (1/9)

[Saleha Adnan @SalehaaAdnan8]

1/2: I joined the waiting list last year in October 2025, after enrolling for winter 2025 to keep my seat & after getting blocked account worth 11,904 euros ready. Currently embassy is processing July applicants and the waiting time is increasing everyday. @GermanyinPAK

[Aleem Siddique @informal_tale_7]

Waiting since 18 august. 12000 euros in blocked amount. 1700 euros wasted for winter semester 2025. 1700 more committed for summer 2026 and still no work as of yet this week. The german dream is starting to feel like a delusion. Please tend to the students!

There's 8 Month Backlog at @GermanyinPAK and @GermanyDiplo is doing nothing!

[Sana Amjad @SanaAmjadbz]

@eshalHaroo56161 @GermanyinPAK I have joined waiting list on 21 July and I am still in waiting list. My classes will start from 1st April. I left job as I was sure that I will get the submission within 5 months as they have mentioned on CSP. Now I am so stressed. Please speed up the process @GermanyinPAK

[Eshal @eshalHaroo56161]

15th July, after waiting for 6 months and 20 days, I was finally able to get my submission. This week the embassy has still not processed a single application. This inconsistency is causing students stress and financial harm. Please focus on study Visas @GermanyinPAK!

[Saleha Adnan @SalehaaAdnan8]

So many students are currently facing this pressure of losing their admissions. They joined in July but the admission process starts way before that so almost a year of hard work is at the risk of being wasted. This problem needs a permanent solution. @GermanyDiplo @derspiegel

[Amina Javed @amina88487]

We respectfully request attention to the ongoing delay in student visa processing. Universities are starting and students are at risk of losing their semesters. Please help us by accelerating the process. #VisaBacklog #StudentsWaiting
