🚨 I’m Pawan Kumar Singhal, a YEIDA allottee with my son Hritik. Our land is illegally occupied with shanties under UP Govt and YEIDA! On 3/3/25, locals attacked us, beat us, threatened to kill, shouting “Outsiders won't be allowed here!” Police harass us, stop work, despite YEIDA docs.

Here’s the full story: We’re lawful YEIDA allottees, eager to develop our plots to boost YEIDA's growth as per guidelines. But chaos struck when unknown locals built shanties and parked vehicles on our land, claiming it as theirs. On March 3, 2025, we sent a truck of bricks to start work—suddenly, a mob assaulted us, punching and threatening our lives, forcing us to flee. We dialed 112, but police arrived, took no action, and left the attackers free.

Worse, police now obstruct us! They visit our sites uninvited, halt construction, verbally abuse our laborers, push them, and confiscate tools, ignoring our YEIDA ownership proofs. It feels like they’re shielding the criminals. Desperate, we met GM Project—CEO, ACEO, and OSD were absent. We explained the illegal occupation, the attack, and police harassment. GM shrugged, saying, “We can’t help, can’t fight with you, go to police.” YEIDA won’t intervene! though they are fully aware of our plight, yet they offer no support to resume construction.

We’ve lost crores in investments, living in terror—sleepless nights, fearing for our family’s safety. YEIDA pushes us to develop, but police block every move, backing those illegally occupying our land. This isn’t just our fight—fellow allottees, your plots could be next under Yogi Raj!
