@sony_india My Sony Bravia (KD-49X7500E) has just completed 3 yrs and is down for the past 2 weeks. Online support options didn't work, self diagnosis shows no error and tickets lodged for resolution are taking 2 long to be attended. Didn't expect such a bad experience with Sony!
