How is a customer supposed to verify if the person collecting samples actually works for Tata 1mg?

This entire experience felt suspicious and highly unprofessional. Pathetic service from Tata 1mg.

The app showed “Masum Ali Revasiya” as the sample collector, but then Masum called saying Kishan would come because they’re on the same team. Why does the platform show one person’s name while another person arrives?

Customer support corrected the issue, but kept the pricing of the expensive report unchanged.

After everything was sorted, the assigned agent said he wouldn’t come and someone else would collect the sample instead.

Your team pushed an unnecessarily expensive report over the phone felt more like a commission driven upsell than genuine advice.
