There should be a proper system to verify this. HDC should monitor how garbage is disposed of while vessels are at anchor. Alternatively, a reasonable anchorage or entry fee could be introduced, with a daily waste collection service where garbage is collected directly from the vessels. This would help prevent illegal dumping and ensure proper waste management while maintaining a cleaner marine environment.

Maldives nearly 400000 people. Minister level 30, 93 State Ministers, 216 Deputy Ministers, senior political directors,political directors,directors and around 2,000 political appointees in total.

One country runs its government with 40 political office holders. The other employs around 2,000 political staff for a population less than 1/4 the size.
