@kushgrwl The problem with the so called analysts and experts on your page think ahmedabad is just limited to western part.. they forget they can conveniently get built up properties @ 2500 in east Ahmedabad.. in my project in vastral we have ready to move in @ 3250.. lambha rates are 2250

@kushgrwl Everywhere there is ponzi scheme in real estate be it India.. Dubai and elsewhere.. if one doesnt understand the product and invest for the name sake.. he is doomed to loose money..

Buying a 1 bhk in 1 crore anywhere doesnt make sense..
