@perfbeautiful no i get it. 30lbs ago i refused to shower, change clothes, or leave the house. i lived w my parents at the time and would yell at my mom for opening my blinds bc what if people could look in and see how huge i was (sorry mom.) now i go outside daily and wear cute outfits
