Open Letter
To the President of the Russian Federation
From the President of Ukraine
When you came to power in Russia more than 26 years ago, many people in Ukraine viewed you positively. That is how it was. But that is now in the past.
Now, the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians view it positively that our long-range drones paid a visit to the opening of your forum in St. Petersburg, covering a distance of more than 1,000 kilometers. As you know very well, that distance is not the limit of our capabilities.

KASPAROV: Only thing that will lead to collapse of Russian regime is Ukrainian victory. Ukraine must win, Russia must lose. We're not dealing with Putin's war, but with imperial virus. Unless average Russian citizen is convinced that empire is dead, we'll never see any changes.
Romania strongly condemns the Russian Federation’s brutal attacks against the city of Lviv that hurt civilians and inflicted damage on its historic center, part of the @UNESCO World Heritage. Targeting residential areas and civilian infrastructure is a clear pattern of Russia’s illegal war against Ukraine.
These deliberate acts represent serious violations of international law and must be met with firm accountability.
The targeting of cultural heritage, places of worship, and civilians in Lviv and other cities is unacceptable and underscores the need for a strong and united international response.
Romania reiterates its full solidarity with Ukraine and its people, and supports all efforts to protect cultural heritage and ensure those responsible are held accountable. @andrii_sybiha
Right now, there are 201 Ukrainians in the Middle East and the Gulf region. And another 34 are ready to deploy.
These are military experts, experts who know how to help, how to defend against “shahed” drones. Our teams are already in the Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and on the way to Kuwait. We are working with several other countries – agreements are already in place. We do not want this terror of the Iranian regime against its neighbors to succeed.
And I sent these military experts at the request of our partners – including the United States.
In fact, this is part of the Drone Deal we proposed to the United States, which we worked on together and which is still on the table.
And we are ready to offer similar deals to all our reliable partners – from practical cooperation on drones to future defense alliances. And I don’t think anyone would want to leave Ukraine’s war-proven strength and capability outside their security. If someone does, it wouldn't be wise. The United Kingdom sees these opportunities clearly – our agreements are always solid, and I’m glad that today we have signed a declaration with the Prime Minister. Thank you very much, Keir.
From my address to the Parliament of the United Kingdom (1/7)
@BuzzPatterson Get your facts straight before making such a stupid statement. Show some respect to the allies who sent people to die in the wars you started, who help Ukraine, the Golf countries & the people who do not support the dictatorship in Iran.
A Russian drone found today in the Moldovan village of Tudora was assessed as carrying explosives. This is a grave violation of our airspace and a threat to our citizens.
Russia is repeatedly violating our sovereignty and endangering the lives of our people.
Today, as part of the Moldova Growth Plan, we are delivering €189 million following the successful completion of 24 key reforms.
Moldova is advancing reforms at record speed, boosting investor confidence and reshaping its future.
@LindseyGrahamSC@POTUS The allies help defending de Golf countries attacked by Iran and try to strengthen their defence in a war you started without any consultation. They also help Ukraine in its defence against russia; Ukraine proposes you defensive deals & support, you refuse. Facts, not arrogance.
We see a new world order characterized by competition and coercive power politics, featuring military powers, who aim to establish spheres of influence.
How we respond to this moment will define us.
Our degree of success depends on how we deliver under our priorities and rally international support.

Last night's Russian strikes on Ukrainian cities and civilian infrastructure are war crimes. Moldova condemns them unreservedly.
The international community must stay focused on Ukraine. This is not the time to waver.
