I got better. I asked again:
"Run on the weekends when we don't practice"
I got better
Showing up consistently is step 1 in any pursuit
Don't overcomplicate it when getting going

After indoor, before we get outside with weather warm-up, we lengthen hurdle drills
3-5x10 hurdles at discounted spacing (14-16 steps)
Keep technical considerations through each rep! Build-up rhythmic endurance for the longer outdoor races (60->100h/110h)
