@TrackCoachTG My worry is when it is an off season workout where nobody is present to record a time they are blindly completing the workout. Time and measurements are too valuable to be watered down into a percentage when it is untimed.

When coaches provide sprinters with workouts stating @ "70%" speed, how is an athlete supposed to interpret that? Where does that number come from?
@MikeBasic2 So you are doing reps that don't matter? Is the kid doing it at 78.88% achieving more than those who are at 62.13%? The likely hood of achieving 70% exactly is extremely low so why even prescribe? Part of coaching is correction.

And I Stand FIRM that you NEVER perform “anti-rotation” training as peer review exercise “science” defined it.
