@MrLauritzen I live here and can confirm this. Late at night some drivers do donuts in the intersections and there recently was a drive by shooting on 135th. Personally would prefer to have traffic circles like they have in close-in SE vs more speed bumps.

@Geo_Rex_H @maccoinnich Oh so that's why. Why not have some other type of planting like shrubs etc that would still reduce heat island effect from all the pavement. I live close by and was surprised to see all that cement. It's not a walkable area.

@markasaurus I really liked Grand Designs as well, and that show focused a lot on budget and timeline issues. The houses were interesting and it felt a lot more realistic.
