@9mmsmg 165g of protein a day - 100g from FAGE 2% Greek yogurt. It helps that I was brought up with Greek yogurt from a very young age. We eat it with everything.
@Devsthetix I think we are all missing the point. The goal is progressive overload. Reps and weight. It’s like everything we do in life. We start somewhere and progress to achieve our goals. Everything takes time. There are no shortcuts. Baby steps!!
@Willsturdy_ 1st week was hell. After 3 weeks it got easier. Month 2 was the when all my focus and clarity came back. Month 3 was addictive I don’t want to stop OMAD, but I had to because it wasn’t healthy. It’s excellent for weight loss.
@bradbury_chris@CoachFHM I’ve tried all 3.
It depends on why you are eating it. Sounds daft, but if it’s for flavour go 5%. If it’s for flavour and gains go 2%. I only use 0% if I am adding nuts berries chocolate and or honey.
@CoachFHM I concur !! Have been on 2% for 4 months.

@Zachary730085@londonstheory We do need structure. We are creatures of habit. Habit is created through structure. Once it’s established it becomes second nature. You adapt and change to the structure. It’s our lifeline. Without it we are all lost. That’s why there are so many lost souls amongst us.
