Announcing Cofounder 2: Run an entire company with agents.
It's the infrastructure for the one person billion dollar company - orchestrating agents across engineering, sales, marketing, ops, and design.
(and yes that's my real grandma in the video)
Zillow moving into pre-marketing is the logical next step in owning the transaction ..
Search → Listings → Leads → Touring → Offers → Pre-marketing → Close → Homeowner
The homeowner lifecycle lasts a decade.
The industry is still built around a single day.
There is a huge opportunity to extend the relationship in a structured way.
Most real estate pros we talk to aren’t trying to monetize referrals.
They want something simpler: a way to share trusted vendors, see what’s happening at the home, and stay connected to clients between moves.
Everyone is racing to control the moment a home is bought.
But the average homeowner will spend $70K–$100K on services over the next decade.
~85% of buyers say they'd use their agent again, fewer than 20% actually do.
Why don’t more builders focus on embedding their AI into really tangible, dare I say boring, daily-life improvements?
Too many “cool” AI things out there with no real benefit to people and society
@Avishai_ab@h0x91b i keep seeing a lot of "cool" vibe coded projects that get dropped after a couple weeks
scalable infra is hard
you're right. people want easy. like click a button, customize in minutes and works and doesn't break easy
@jackmoses0 I agree
I think there are some AI builders that’ll enable more real and more human experiences
Humans want purpose and unfortunately a lot of the jobs we do today fall so short here
I expect to see much more human creativity and IRL stuff that gives us meaning (and $$)
Some things we should teach:
How to run a trade business
How to build a reputation
How to earn a referral
How to coordinate people who show up to your house
Nobody teaches you how to trust a stranger.
But your whole life depends on it.
Who fixes your house? Who watches your kids? Who do you call when you need a recommendation?
We teach the quadratic formula and how to write in cursive.
Who's trying to fix this?
